- RENTAL INFORMATION -

Kate Murphy's Cottage is ideal for extended stays. For weekly and monthly rates, please call (707) 996-4359.

We also welcome weekend guests. When not booked for an extended stay, the cottage is available on weekends (two night minimum) at the rate of $150.00 per night for one or two adults. Sleeps four; children welcome. Call for rates on additional guests.

- RENTAL TERMS -

You may reserve the cottage with a credit card (VISA) or an agreed-upon deposit.

Check-in time is 3 pm or by arrangement; check-out time is 12 noon. Smoking in the back picnic area only. Sorry, no pets.

- TO RESERVE -

  • Call (707)996-4359. If we're not in, leave a message with: your name, phone number, number of people, dates you would like to stay.

  • If your dates are available, you may reserve with a VISA card.

  • Please provide your VISA Card number and expiration date.

  • You may also reserve with a deposit which we will work out with you, depending on your length of stay.

  • Send deposit to: Kate Murphy's Cottage, 43 France Street, Sonoma, California 95476.

  • For either credit card or deposit reservation, we will send you a confirmation if time allows.
